Thank you to Laura and Backpack Baby for making our first family holiday together so stress free! Laura stepped in at very short notice, delivering a pram directly to our hotel on a Saturday night a couple of hours after I called her. The Bugaboo pram was great quality and made sightseeing in Barcelona with our 5 month old baby so much easier. Laura and the team were really helpful in arranging the pram for us and being flexible around drop off and pick up and were so easy to get hold of to make arrangements. (February 2016)
