You can buy the material toghether with your order through our web. If you need anything special, le tus know as son as posible so our “personal baby shopper” can get it for you and have it ready upon arrival.

Yes you can! If you are happy with the material and want to buy it, we will quote it for you and deduct the amount you have already paid for the rent.

We do our best to deliver always in the timeslot requested. However, if something happens that makes impossible the delivery as schedule, we will contact you as son as posible to find an appropiate solution.

Let us know hours in advance before our rental period ends so we can set up a new pick up date. In this case the new amount should be paid in cash.

Yes. If you let us know 3 working days before delivery date, we will reimburse the full amount. In other cases cancellations will be subject to a penalty fare (mínimum 15 euros).

Deliveries in Barcelona and surroundings (10 km radius) are charged with a 10 euros fare for both delivery and pick up. For deliveries anywhere outside this area, rates are calculated acording to order weight. Orders up to 150 euros are free of charge.

Yes. You have to indicate it clearly when you place your order.

We can accept wear and tear resulting from a normal use. But the material it is strongly damaged ori t affect its normal use, you should be responsible for its reparation or buying a new one, whatever it is cheaper.
